Recorded against your account when staff verify a code. A code that expires or is rejected costs nothing.

The fee is the same on both plans. Elite buys capacity, not a cheaper redemption.

Planned pilot opening offer
For eligible shops joining the first confirmed pilot. The first 100 eligible shops would get 30 days of Elite access, at no monthly cost. Final eligibility and dates will be confirmed before onboarding.
The KES 30 success fee still applies throughout the trial. When the 30 days end there is a 7-day grace period, then the account stays on Standard unless you convert.
