How it works

Your phone finds it. The counter confirms it.

  1. Open the feed

    In your phone browser. Filter by floor, by category, or by what is ending soon.

  2. Claim the deal

    One tap. The deal is held for you with a short grace window, so you have time to get there.

  3. Read it out at the counter

    Staff type the 6 digits into their own screen. It either verifies or it doesn't — no arguing, no screenshots.

  4. Pay the shop directly

    Cash, M-Pesa, card — however that shop takes money. MAANTA never handles your payment.

Questions

The four we get most.

Does it cost anything?
No. Shoppers pay nothing to MAANTA, ever. Shops pay us when a deal is actually redeemed.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It runs in your phone browser. You can add it to your home screen if you want it faster.
Do you take my card details?
Never. You pay the shop in person. We only need a phone number, so a code can be tied to one person and used once.
When does it open?
We are preparing Node 0 at BBS Mall, Eastleigh. We have not announced a date, and we would rather tell you when it is certain than guess now.
